Redrock's impact model links people, nature, and sustainable development by empowering communities living around Uganda’s wildlife national parks to benefit from and participate in conservation. We strengthen sustainable livelihoods, promote conservation awareness, support youth and women’s empowerment, build community resilience, and improve cooperation between national parks and neighbouring communities. Through this approach, Redrocks helps transform communities from passive neighbours of protected areas into active partners in conservation, responsible tourism, and inclusive local development.
